Alfred Hazlett passed away on April 12, 2025 n Punta Gorda Florida. He is preceded in death by his wife Edna Hall Hazlett and their daughter Karen Ruth Hazlett DaSilva. He is survived by his sons Timothy Hazlett of North Carolina, and Richard Hazlett pf Pennsylvania, and daughter Tammy Hazlett Kasterko of Pennsylvania, 6 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. No services scheduled. He will be laid to rest with his wife at My Nebo Cemetery, Champion PA.
