Last September our 26 year old son passed away unexpectedly, we were both in shock and denial and yet forced to make the unspeakable decisions for our sons burial/cremation. My 1st call was to Going Home Cremation. Faye talked me through everything and was very comforting during our most desperate time of need. She made special accommodations that I don't think anyone else would have done. I am forever grateful to her and Going Home Cremations for taken such good care of our beloved son and us during this emotional time.❤

My mother past away this weekend and Faye at Going Home Cremation walk me through the entire process and was a huge help and comfort to me. I live out of state so she took the time to explain the process in great detail. She also pointed out a few things I missed and followed up with a phone call and or text. I found her extremely professional and pleasant to work with. When you are being pulled in 15 different directions from family and friends its nice to get such great service! Job well done Faye!

I called Going Home at 7:00 am and a wonderful woman named Faye answered. I expressed to her what had happened and she was so kind and understanding. I felt like I was with a friend from the moment I called.

It was like Faye was holding my hand the entire time. Folks, this wasn’t simply a professional business transaction... I know she actually sympathized with me on a personal level. She was so kind in those few moments. I’ll never forget her taking the time to be with me.
