I called Going Home at 7:00 am and a wonderful woman named Faye answered. I expressed to her what had happened and she was so kind and understanding. I felt like I was with a friend from the moment I called.
It was like Faye was holding my hand the entire time. Folks, this wasn’t simply a professional business transaction... I know she actually sympathized with me on a personal level. She was so kind in those few moments. I’ll never forget her taking the time to be with me.
Last September our 26 year old son passed away unexpectedly, we were both in shock and denial and yet forced to make the unspeakable decisions for our sons burial/cremation. My 1st call was to Going Home Cremation. Faye talked me through everything and was very comforting during our most desperate time of need. She made special accommodations that I don't think anyone else would have done. I am forever grateful to her and Going Home Cremations for taken such good care of our beloved son and us during this emotional time.
The staff is extremely kind. I am sure we asked the same question numerous times and they never once made us feel 'stupid'. We needed addresses and directions, phone numbers, time lines, procedural education, the staff was considerate and caring. Thank you all for guiding us through this very difficult time. Special thanks to Olivia and Faye. You girls rock. -Jackie and Lori
