It is with great sadness that the family of Barbara Puppo announces her passing on Sunday, August 23^rd, 2020. Barbara passed away peacefully at Venice Regional Hospital in Venice, FL. She is survived by and will be forever loved by her husband Anthony Puppo, their three children Anthony Puppo Jr. (Deborah), Deborah Bauman (Kenneth), and Donna Mrozinski (Mike), her sister Joann Gautrau, 6 grandchildren  – Allison Flaherty (Adam), Nicole Montagano (Robert), Anthony Puppo III (Hannah), Shawn Bauman, Rachel Mrozinksi, and Jessica Mrozinski, and 3 great grandchildren Isaac and Shane Flaherty, and Penelope Puppo. Born in Stamford, CT in 1938, Barbara had a long and happy life raising a loving family in picturesque New England. She worked for many years building helicopters for Sikorsky Aircraft. She most enjoyed day trips with her sister, cousin, and daughters to shop and explore beautiful places. However maybe her greatest joy was cooking abundant holiday meals and spoiling her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She moved to Florida in January of this year to fulfill a dream of warm, sunny days. Service and/or memorial details to follow.
