Brenda Ann Casper passed away on 9/17/25 at the age of 76. Born in Norfolk, VA, she was the daughter of Elmer Clyde Casper and Mary Ward Casper.
Brenda spent much of her life in the South Norfolk section of Chesapeake. She worked as a Payroll/Human Resource administrator throughout her career.
She was known in the South Norfolk community for her love of cheerleading, dancing and Oscar F Smith High School.
She is survived by her two sons, E. Todd Springer, his wife Sonya and J. Cory Springer, his wife Melissa.
She leaves behind two granddaughters, Brianna Springer and Emma Springer. She was predeceased by her brother Bobby Casper.
Her memory will remain with those who knew her.
