On Sunday May 23, 2021 Cynthia Rae Lauber, our sister and friend to so many, passed away at the age of 66.

Since Cindy’s passing the phrase “It is so good to hear your voice” Is being echoed throughout Cindy’s world as all her people are reaching out to each other, for we all are having to learn to navigate without her. She was everybody’s go-to!A longtime resident of Florida, she was born in Ohio on October 21, 1954. She was a graduate of Westerville South High School. She made her career in the dental industry. She will be sadly missed, yet, lovingly remembered.
Known lovingly to her family especially her nieces and nephews as “The Boss”
Known to her closest friends as “Red”, she was a magnanimous, kind, and compassionate person who lit up a room and made everyone feel special. She was joyfully central to many gatherings with family and friends. She was an avid sports enthusiast and a staunch Dallas Cowboys fan.
In her younger years, she excelled at pitching for the Lucky Ladies team in St Petersburg. Although a lefty, distinctively, she pitched with her right hand and then, switched her glove to her right hand to make any throwing plays with her left hand which earned her another nickname, “Flipper”. In addition, her loss will be felt by her housemate, Jana Moalli and several dear friends, especially Brenda Pace #7 and her family and so many others.

My dear long-time friend, I miss you. I have so many fond memories of you. Those memories I cherish and will never let them fade. You were so flamboyant, so caring, so true a friend, and such a special person who graced my life with your presence as a coworker and friend over the past 25 years. RIP, My Dear.
Love, Jacky (and for Lena, my daughter)
