Donna L Stiver passed away peacefully in her sleep at Sarasota Memorial Hospital on March 20th, 2024 at 76 years old. Donna was born in Westchester, Pennsylvania on May 5th, 1947 to her parents, David Ehrhart, Jr and Violet Ehrhart. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Stiver and her son, Brian Flanagan, as well as her first husband, Robert Flanagan. She is survived by her son, Kevin Flanagan, and his fiance, Tiffany Lenherr, her niece, Chrissy Ehrhart, her beloved cousin and best friend, Judy Stark along with other family, extended family and friends that she held very close to her heart.

Donna was a great mother and wife always putting her family above all else with a level devotion and loyalty only a mother could maintain. She was also a devoted employee for over 30 years as a clerk at the Sarasota City Police Department where she cherished her friends and work family over the years. Always a comedian, Donna carried with her the intention to always make those around her laugh. She will be missed immensely and she will always be remembered and loved by those that were lucky enough to call her their friend.

Donna’s celebration of life will be held at the gazebo at Phillippi Estate park on April 21’st between 1:00 and 5:00 pm
