Douglas Ward Ramsay

Doug Ramsay passed away on April 27, 2026. Born and raised in Michigan, Doug carried his love for his home state with him throughout his life. He proudly spent 30 years working for Ford Motor Company before retiring, a career that reflected his strong work ethic and dedication.

Doug was a devoted husband, a wonderful brother, a caring stepfather, and a proud grandfather who deeply loved his family. He had a passion for travel and later fulfilled a lifelong dream by building a beautiful home for himself and his wife, Becky, where they created many happy memories together.

A true Michigan sports fan, Doug could always be found cheering on the Detroit Lions and his beloved Michigan Wolverines. His spirited “Go Blue!” will always be remembered by those who knew and loved him.

A memorial gathering for family and friends will be held in Ohio to celebrate Doug’s life and the many memories he leaves behind.

Doug, you will be deeply loved, forever missed, and never forgotten.
