Eldon Eugene Eutsler

07/23/1952 - 09/18/2022

Eldon Eutsler was a delightful grump who loved his friends and family deeply.

He was born in Anderson, Indiana, on July 23, 1952, and passed away in St.Petersburg, Florida, on September 18, 2022.

We are going to miss him terribly. We wish that there was one more time to hear him laugh, one more time for him to put on his Red Converse high tops and go to a concert with his beloved wife Marcy.

We wish there was one more opportunity to quote Monty Python with him and chuckle at our own cleverness.

He is with the Lord now; better and happier than he has ever been because of Jesus!

We miss you, Eldon.

Despite what people say, that you are grumpy… I also knew the truth! Behind all those huffs and puffs, was a sweet, kind, and compassionate person. Working with you at Bay Pines was a joy for me! We could commiserate… We could celebrate… and most important, we could laugh. I’ll miss you greatly. You always made it feel like home at Bay Pines. I remember, as an intern, you showed me the ropes… and my career progressed into the Social Worker I am today… You have helped and supported me!!! It has been a wonderful 10 years… You passion for your family and love for your grandkids, always brought me so much joy. I’ll never forget your reaction, when you found out Joe and I were dating… It felt like my Dad giving me approval!!! Now we are married with 2 kids…

    With love,
