Lois J. Cheek, age 84, died March 18, 2021, in Fort Myers, FL.  She was born February 5, 1937, in Scott City, KS, the daughter of Rueben and Edna (Ochs) Blehm.

Lois graduated from Ulysses High School where she met, and later married Gerald D. Cheek on August 4, 1956.  Lois worked as a dental assistant for several years and enjoyed playing tennis and became an avid golfer.

Lois is survived by her husband, Gerald; son, Michael of Fort Myers, FL; brother, Norman Blehm of Ulysses, KS; nieces, Debbie Bell of Ulysses, KS, and Dana Painter of Fort Myers, FL.  Lois is preceded in death by her parents; son, Steven Cheek and brother, Robert Blehm.
