Mary Ann Thomas, Punta Gorda, FL
Mary Ann Thomas, formerly of Kenosha, WI passed on July 5, 2025, after a brief illness. Mary Ann was born on August 24, 1948, the first of five children born to Robert and Wilma (nee: Tredon) Caldwell. Mary Ann attended Kenosha St Joseph High School and married Daniel Thomas. Mary Ann and Dan were blessed with two daughters, Lisa and Andrea.
Mary Ann worked for many years at Ventura Fine Jewelers in Kenosha and later as a baker with SuperValue Stores. She loved reading, painting and bird watching.
Mary Ann is survived by her daughter Andrea (Punta Gorda, FL) and granddaughters Zoe (Racine, WI) and Lilly (Punta Gorda, FL) and great-granddaughter Eliza (Racine, WI). Mary Ann is further survived by brothers Robert (Ed) Caldwell (Kenosha), Rick Caldwell (Las Vegas, NV) and sisters Sally Tompsett (Jim) Vancouver, WA and Susan Caldwell Horton (Richard), Wausau, WI, plus 13 nieces and nephews. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Wilma, daughter Lisa and husband Daniel.
Though we mourn her passing, we find comfort in knowing that Mary Ann is at peace and in God’s hands.
Eternal Rest Grant unto Her, O Lord, and Let Perpetual Light Shine Upon Her.
