Robert “Bob” Wild, age 90, passed away on April 13, 2023, at Southport Square, Port Charlotte, FL. Bob was a long-time resident of Mayville, WI. He worked at Mayville Engineering Company where he was vice president of Sales and Marketing. He and his first wife Pat enjoyed many summers and weekends at their home on Legend Lake.

Bob retired to North Fort Meyers, Florida in 2001 and lived in Herons Glen Community for almost 15 years.
Bob enjoyed golf, tennis, and travel until age 86.

He is survived by his 4 children: Laurie Hartwig (Ken- Pinedale, Wyoming), Connie Sawyer (Arlin- Panguitch, Utah), Terry Reichl (Jim- Keshena, WI), and Mike Wild (White Lake, WI). He is further survived by 2 step-daughters: Pam Sperry (Mike), and Julie Burbach (Bob); 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and dear friend and companion Mary Wilkenson.

Bob was preceded in death by his first wife Patricia; his second wife Marj; and his granddaughter McKenzie Hartwig.

Per Bob’s request, no formal service will be held.
