Theodore C. Campbell, 80, died peacefully Monday, March 1, 2021 at the home of his beloved twin sister May Kurimai. Teddy was born on May 22, 1940 in Bridgeport Connecticut and was the son of the late Charles and Anna Campbell (Dougherty).
Teddy enjoyed a long career as a merchant Marine where he was able to see many parts of the world, he then joined a tugboat crew towing barges of heating oil and gasoline up and down the Hudson river from Albany to New York City. His latest venture was working for the Salvation Army overseeing a building. Teddy was an avid reader who loved to share his books after he had finished them.
Teddy was predeceased by two brothers and two sisters, Charles Campbell Jr., Vincent Campbell, Catherine Wardzin and Jessica Rocklein, he is survived by his twin sister May Kurimai and numerous nieces and nephews, each who have their own unique “Uncle Teddy” stories to tell.
