In Loving Memory of William Eugene McNeal
January 17, 1956 – October 12, 2026
William Eugene McNeal was a hardworking man who loved his friends and enjoyed playing card games, sharing laughs, and spending time with others. Though quiet by nature, he had a jokester side that brought smiles to those around him. He also enjoyed relaxing at home and had a special love for the beach, which led him to make Florida his home.
William worked hard throughout his life as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) before retiring. He will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, sense of humor, love of friendship, and the memories he created with those around him. He was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
William is survived by his partner, Kevin D. Letner; his daughter, Melissa A. Ogan; his grandchildren, Morella L. Harper, Annabel L. Harper, Christina R. Hernandez, Simon N. Reeves, and Josef R. Ogan; his great-grandsons, Morell Harper and Marco A. Hernandez; his sisters, Karen Myers and Renee Beaver; and his brother, Dan McNeal.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Marcile S. Dykes; his father, John T. McNeal; and his brother, John McNeal.
In keeping with the family’s wishes, there will be no public service. William will be remembered with love by his family and friends, and the laughter and memories he shared will live on in their hearts.
