William Lee Brown was born on 7-28-1953 to Carl and Eleanor Brown. William who went by many names “Downtown Billy Brown -Pop to name a few was a die hard Eagle’s Fan. Thru many ways was loved by many people and cherished by many such as his life partner Jane whom as he quoted”The Love Of His Life. William was survived by his 4 children Daniel Brown, Zach Brown, Stephanie Brown and Vanessa Pordham, including his spouse Jane Heatwole, 6 grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, niece’s, and many friends and family.
